We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to perform various tasks, support our recruitment department s daily activities and become part of our Recruitment Team!
Работни обврски
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
Support the overall candidate experience for those currently in our interview pipeline
Managing whole recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
Play a key part of our recruiting process, which includes high volume interview scheduling, preparing offer letters, and acting as a support system for the Recruiting team and other operational activities
Support recruitment activities using LinkedIn and other platforms to recruit for open positions
Потребни квалификации
Bachelor s degree in HR, business, Psychology, or another related field of study
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist or similar role
Full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, high growth environment with an emphasis on attracting and recruiting software engineers
The ability to evaluate recruiting software packages and to recommend those which are best suited to the company
The ability to use various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other channels for recruitment to proactively source candidates
Energetic, self-starter, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, and excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
